Tier 1 Citizen products carry a lifetime guarantee against defects. T1C does not warranty damage caused by intentional abuse. Don't be a retard and "abuse test" my products.

All sales are final. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping on canceled/returned orders is the responsibility of the customer. Also, all canceled/returned orders will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.  

I never store customer payment info on my servers. Your private data is never shared with any third party websites, or sold for monetary gain. Nobody likes data mining applications and I don't use them either. 

T1C is not responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers. If you wish to have your purchase sent by insured carrier, those arrangements must be made with Tier 1 Citizen before the order is shipped.
