Tier 1 Citizen products carry a lifetime guarantee against defects. T1C does not warranty damage caused by the installation of other manufacturer’s products. Firing steel cased or remanufactured ammo through T1C uppers/weapons voids their warranty.  

All sales are final. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping on canceled/returned orders is the responsibility of the customer. Also, all canceled/returned orders will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.  

T1C never stores customer payment info on our servers. Your private data is never shared with any third party websites, or sold for monetary gain. Nobody likes data mining applications and we don't use them either. 

All T1C builds are assembled with generous amounts of Loctite 242 on key areas that are never meant to come loose. Any attempts to disassemble a T1C build will result in the voiding of its warranty.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers. If you wish to have your purchase sent by insured carrier, those arrangements must be made with Tier 1 Citizen before the order is shipped.

All persons purchasing anything from this website must be aware of their ability to legally own said product(s). If you buy something and later find that you can't legally own it, cancelation will not be an option. Think before you buy, please.
